Introduction: Pain is a multialimensional phenomenon it very difficult to define & more subjective personal there are no objective measurements so nurses duty help patients overcome pain make them comfortable. Post-operative common and develops naturally as warning symptoms its development can be predicted should prevented treated. Material Methods: Female between 20 – 50 years, of age who has undergone abdominal surgery in selected tertiary care hospitals. A sample 100 had general was recruited over period one year. Patients were randomly allocated into control group (n = 50), massage 50). Results: This study deals with the analysis result data collected from 100female 20-50 among surgery. Conclusion: study's findings concluded that anxiety commonly experienced majority postoperative patients.
